A strip of land 10.00 feet wide bounded on the north by the south line
of Block B, Tract 120 as recorded in book 6, Page 4 of Maps, records
said County; bounded on the south by -a line running between -- corner J22
as said corner is described in said Johnson's subdivision and the
southwest corner of Lot 1 of Block B, Tract 120 as shown on said map,
and bounded on the east by a line running between corner J22 as shown on
the map of Tract 1313, Unit I, as recorded in Book 13, Page 30 of Maps,
records of said County, and the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block B, of
