Easement for Structural Support of Public Pedestrian Access Walkways or Decks. A permanent easement for a structural system to support any decks, walkways or other structures the City of San Luis Obispo may construct in the public pedestrian access easement described in paragraph 1 above. This easement includes, but is not limited to, the right to construct, install, maintain, repair, improve and enlarge concrete or other piers, grade beams, or other structures as deemed necessary by City Engineer to support an adjacent public pedestrian access deck or walkway. Said easement to be located on that portion of the southwesterly 17 feet of Lot 1 and the northeasterly 21 feet of Lot 2, Block 8, Murray and Church Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to a map filed for record September 27, 1876, in Book A, at page 145 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County as further described as Parcel A -on a one -page document designated as Exhibit "2 ", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. 3.
