Public Pedestrian. Access Easement. A permanent easement for public pedestrian access and related improvements, including, but not limited to, the right to construct, install, maintain, repair, improve and enlarge a deck, walkway, support Members adjacent to the deck and walkway. landscaping and such other improvements reasonably necessary for public pedestrian access across said \. easement. A permanent easement for a structural system to support any decks, walkways or other structures the City of San Luis Obispo may construct in the public pedestrian access easement-described in paragraph 1 above. This easement includes, but is not limited to, the right to construct, install, maintain, repair, improve and enlarge concrete or other piers, grade beams, or other structures as deemed necessary by City Engineer to support an adjacent public pedestrian access deck or walkway. After completion of the pedestrian walkway, the easements shall be permanently in full force and effect, and shall be irrevocable. The drainage and creek maintenance easement shall be irrevocable by Grantor, or his heirs, successors, or assigns.
