hereby GRANT(S) to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal
Corporation., as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A permanent easement to maintain, repair, and improve the creek channel
within that portion of Lot 7, Block 7, of the Anholm Addition of the City
of -San Luis Obispo as per map recorded in Book 3 of Maps at page 91 in the
Office of the County Recorder described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly property line of Center St.,
said point being the corner common to Lots 6 & 7; thence South
34°50'00" East along the line common to Lots 6 & 7 to the center of
Garden Creek and the TRUE POINT'OF BEGINNING; thence Southwesterly
along the center of Garden Creek to. the prolongation of the line -
common to lots 10 &.11, said line also the Southerly line of Lot 7,
thence Westerly.along said line to the point.that is 10.00 feet from
the center of Garden Creek (measured at right angles); thence
Northerly parallel to and 10.00 feet. from (measured at right angles)
the center -of Garden -Creek to a point on the line common to Lots 6 &
7; thence South 34050'00" East along said line to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING. n
