FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Kathleen M. Cooper
hereby grants to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal
Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A permanent easement to maintain, repair, and improve the creek channel
within that portions of Lots 5 & 6, .Block 7, of the Anholm Addition of the
City of San Luis Obispo as per map recorded in Book 3 of Maps at page 91
in the Office of the County Recorder described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly property line of Center
Street and the Westerly property line of Chorro Street; thence South
63024100" West along said Southerly property line a distance of
152.99 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.; thence Southwesterly along
the center of Garden Creek to the Northeasterly corner of Lot 7;
thence along the line common to Lots 6 & 7 to a point that is 10.00
feet (measured at right angles) from the center of Garden Creek;
thence Northeasterly parallel to and 10.00 feet (measured at right
angles) from the center of Garden Creek to the Southern line of Center
Street; thence along said Southerlin
