CA SANITARY SMER EASEMENT The FRENCH BROTHERS INVESTMENTS (GRANTOR), a general partnership of the State of California, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO as GRANTEE, the following sanitary sewer easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California: A 16 feet wide easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate, and remove a public sanitary sewer line over a portion of Section 7, T31S, R13E of the Mount Diablo Range in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, the centerline of said easement being described as follows: Beginning at the center of the intersection of Lily Lane and Poinsettia Street as shown on the tract map recorded in Book 13, Page 59 of Maps in the office of the Recorder of said County; thence south 650 37' 47" east 100.00 feet along the centerline of said Poinsettia Street; thence leaving said centerline, north 24° 22' 13" east 6.00 feet. thence from a radial bearing south 240 22' 13" west, easterly along a curve to the left with a central angle of 4° 35' 2511, a radius of 394.00 and an arc length of 31.57 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being on the easterly boundary of said Tract; 1. thence continuing eastward along a tangent curve to the left, having a central angle of 440 09' 35 ", a radius of 394.00 feet, and an arc length of 303.67 feet to a point of reverse curvature. The sidelines of said easement extend parallel to said centerline, westerly to the intersection with said easterly Tract boundary. 2. thence easterly along a tangent curve to the right, having a central angle of 540 26' 35 ", a radius of 406.00 feet, and an arc length of 385.79 feet; 3. thence north 290 13' 00" east 28.38 feet; 4. thence northeasterly along a tangent curve to the right, having a central angle of 15° 00' 0011, a radius of 394.00 feet, and an arc length of 103.15 feet; 5. thence north 44° 13' 00" east, 288.78 feet to a point which is 18.00 feet from the southwesterly boundary of the Southern Pacific Railroad right -of -way as shown on the map recorded in Book 37, Page 2 of Parcel Maps in the office of the Recorder of said County; VOl 31 i� PAGE O� V 6. thence parallel to said southwesterly right -of -way line, south 460 341 2411 east 268.04 feet; 7. thence north 430 251 3611 east 18.00 feet to a point on said southwesterly right -of -way line. The sidelines of said easement extend parallel to said centerline, northeasterly. to the intersection with said southwesterly right -of -way line. The GRANTEE shall, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time by reason of the GRANTEE'S construction, maintenance, repair, replacement, enlargement or operation of sanitary sewers within said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to its original condition as soon as possible.
