Gregory William Hind and Jane Ellen Hind, as Grantor(s), hereby
grant(s) to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a chartered municipal
corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A permanent right -of -way for public street, sidewalk and utility
purposes over the following described property:
Part 1
Beginning at a 5/8" iron rebar with cap, RCE 12545, at the southwest
corner of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map SLAL 87 -110 as recorded in Parcel
Maps, Book 42, Page 4, Records of San Luis Obispo County, State of
California, said point being the True Point of Beginning;
Thence easterly along the south boundary line of Parcel 1, South
890 55' 37" East, 22.28 feet to a.point;
Thence leaving the south boundary of Parcel 1, North 260 14' 22"
East, 144.22 feet to a point on the southwesterly boundary of Lot C of
the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract as recorded in Book 1 of Maps at
Page 92 in the Office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder;
Thence North 630 45' 38" West along the southwesterly line of said
Lot C a distance of 20 feet to the southwesterly corner of said Lot C;
Thence southerly along the westerly boundary of Parcel 1, South
260 14' 22" West, 154.05 feet to the true point of beginnning.
Containing .07 acres.
Part 2
Commencing at a 5/8" iron rebar with cap, RCE 12545, at the southwest
corner of Parcel One of Parcel Map SLAL 87 -110 as recorded in Parcel
Maps, Book 42, Page 4, Records of San Luis Obispo County,.State of
California;

Thence along the west boundary of Parcel 1 and Lot C of the aforesaid
Suburban Tract, North 260 14' 22" East, 184.05 feet to a 5/8" iron
rebar with cap, RCE 12545, as shown on Parcel Map SLAL 87 -110, said
point being the most northerly corner of said Lot C and the True Point
of Beginning of Part 2;
Thence along the.northeast boundary of Lot C, South 630 45' 38"
East, 20.00 feet;
Thence leaving the northeast boundary of Lot C, North 260 14' 22"
East, 324.63 feet to a point on the north boundary line of Parcel 1;
Thence westerly along the north boundary line of Parcel 1, North
890 55' 37" West, 22.28 feet to.a 5/8" iron rebar with cap, RICE
12545, said point being the northwest corner of Parcel 1, also being
on the centerline of that certain 30 -.foot wide road shown on the map
of the Suburban Tract, known as "Meisner Lane ";
Thence southerly along the west boundary of Parcel 1, South
260 14' 22" West to the True Point of Beginning. Containing .15
acres.
Dedication of Right -of -Way to be irrevocable by the party of the first
part and heirs, executors, administrators, agents or assigns.
