SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
THE PACIFICA.CORPORATION
The PACIFICA CORPORATION (GRANTOR), a corporation of the State of
California, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO as
GRANTEE, the following sanitary sewer easement in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California:
A 16 feet wide easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace,
enlarge, operate, and remove a public sanitary sewer line within
a portion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map SLAL 87 -220 in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as
shown on the map recorded in Book 42 of Parcel Maps at page 43 in
the Office of the County Recorder of said County, the centerline
of said easement being described in Parcel A, Parcel B and Parcel
C as follows:
PARCEL A
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Parcel 1 of
said Parcel Map, thence along the southerly line of said
Parcel 1-the following courses:
North 78 42' 14" west 99.18 feet;
thence north 85 04' 34" west 22.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING;
1. thence leaving said southerly boundary line,
57.85 feet southerly along the arc of a curve
to the left from a radial bearing of south 85
04' 33" east, and with a radius of 154.00 feet
to a point of reverse curvature.
The sidelines of said easement extend parallel
to said centerline, northerly to the
intersection with said southerly Parcel. line.
2. thence along a tangent curve to the right
having a central angle of .27 53' 43", a radius
of 166.00 feet, and an arc length of 80.82
feet,
3. thence south 11 17' 46" west 247.63 feet;

4. thence along a tangent curve to the right,
having a central angle of 47 22' 05", a radius
of 356.00 feet and an arc length of 294. 32 feet RECEIVED
to a point of reverse curvature;
5. thence along a tangent curve to the left, AUG 3 0 19bb

Parcel 2.
The GRANTEE shall, at its cost and expense, restore any
.improvements damaged or destroyed at any time by reason of the
GRANTEES construction, maintenance, repair, replacement,
enlargement or operation of sanitary sewers within said easement,
and shall restore the surface of the ground to its original
condition as soon as possible.
