following described property in the City and County of San Luis Obispo,
described as follows:
DESCRIPTION
That portion of the north half of the southeast quarter of section 27, township
30 south, range 12 east, Mount Diablo meridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official plat
thereof, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the westerly right -of -way line of Hill Street, also
being the easterly corner of a parcel of land described in Book 3077 of
official records, at page 907 on file in the County Recorder's office of said
county and state, thence North 34027114" West 41.52 feet 'along said westerly
right -of -way line of Hill Street to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving,
said right -of -way line along a tangent curve, concave southwesterly with a
radius of 7.00 feet, thru a central angle of 53007149" an arc distance of
6.49 feet; thence along a reverse tangent curve with a radius of 33.00 feet
thru a central angle of 720001, more or less, on arc distance of 41.47 feet,
more or less, to the said westerly right -of -way line of Hill Street; thence,
southeasterly along said right -of -way line South 34027114" East 61.4 feet,
more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
