of gray; thence Northwesterly along said right of way line to the
Easterly corner of the land described in the deed to Emory Bridges,
et ux, recorded July 15, 1948 as Instrument No. 7506; thence South-
westerly along said Easterly line, 66 feet more or less to the
point of beginning.

The Board of Directors of the San Luis Obispo Lions Club, a
corporation, hereby authorizes the President and Secretary of
said corporation to execute a deed conveying the following
described real property to the City of San Luis Obispo, a
municipal corporation:
That portion of Lot l in Block 15 of Imperial Addition to the
City of San Luis Obispo, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the map
thereof filed in Book A, page 128 of Maps, in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of Victoria
Street, 130 feet Southeasterly from the Westerly corner of said
Lot 1; thence continuing Southeasterly along said street line 90
feet to a point; thence at right angles Northeasterly 97 feet
more or less to the Southwesterly line of the Pacific Coast
Railroad right of way; thence Northwesterly along said right
of way line to the Easterly corner of the land described in
the deed to Emory Bridges, et ux, recorded July 15, 1948 as
Instrument No. 7506; thence Southwesterly along said Easterly

This is to certify that the foregoing is a full and true copy
of a resolution passed by the Directors of the San Luis Obispo
Lions Club on June 10, 1948.

herewith submits the deeds to the properties
occupied by the Lions Club Playlots on Victoria
street and Brook Street.
