DEED OF EASEMENT
PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

PAUL PRATHER and JACQUELINE PRATHER, as Grantor(s) hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a charter municipal corporation, as Grantee an
Irrevocable and Perpetual Easement to the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A permanent easement for public road purposes (Higuera Street) over
the below - described real property:
A portion of Lot 1, Block 149 of Harford's Addition as recorded in
Book A, page 123 of maps on May 8, 1876 in -he records of San Luis
Obispo County, California, and described as "ollows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly lot line of said original lot 1,
said point lying 25.02 feet westerly of the northeasterly corner of
said lot 1• thence along a line parallel to the easterly lot line and
25.00 feet westerly of same line on a bearing of South 3015100" West
a distance of 77.83 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the land
described in this easement; thence proceeding along said line South
3015'00" West 197.54 feet; thence on a tangent curve concave
westerly with a radius of 250.00 feet through a central angle of
7024140" an arc distance of 32.34 feet; thence northerly on a curve
tangent to the aforementioned curve and concave southwesterly with a
radius of 52.00 feet through a central angle of 44010'53" an arc
length of 40.10 feet; thence on a line not tangent to the previous
curve North 3015'00" East 113.87 feet; thence on a tangent curve
concave easterly with a radius of 138.00 feet through a central angle
of 17028131" an arc length of 42.09 feet; thence on a tangent curve
concave westerly with a radius of 122.00 fe:t through a central angle
of 17028'31" an arc length of 37.21 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
