DEED OF EASEMENT STATE
The undersigned owners, as grantors, hereby grant to the-CITY UIS
OBISPO, a chartered municipal corporation, as grantee, the following easement
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
A permanent easement to maintain, repair and improve the creek channel
on that portion of Lot 16 of Block 173, Loomis' Addition to the City
of San Luis Obispo, in the City of .San Luis Obispo, State of
California, according to map filed for record January 4, 1877 in the
office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
All that portion of Lot 16 lying northerly of the following described
line:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said Lot 16 a distance of
52 feet northeasterly from the easterly corner of said Lot 16; thence.
North 80029; West 72.8 feet plus or minr,.s to the southwesterly line
of said Lot 16 and the terminus of this line.
The foregoing grant is made without pree4'udice to the undersigned owners'
development and use of said Lot X1'5.. Grantors specifically recognize and
acknowledge that any development and use of said Lot16:, including that portion
described above, is subject to the standard City rules, regulations, policies
and procedures now in effect or as may be hereafter enacted or implemented in
the future under the lawful police power authority of the City.
