GRANT DEED OF EASEI:ENT
IN CONSIDER_4TION of the sum of $1.00, LOVELL A. GRAGG
and ELEANORE K. Gl�`'GG, his wife, do hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, a five
foot wide easement in a portion of Block 7 of the Hathaway
Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
for the installation and repair of sewer pipes, and purposes
incidental thereto, said easement being more particularly
described as a strip of land lying two and one -half feet on
each side of a center line described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Block
7, Hathaway's Addition as delineated and shown on
map filed and recorded October 18, 1887 in VolumeA,
Page 130 of 11aps, San Luis Obispo County Records,
said point of beginning being distant 137.83 feet
northerly from the southwesterly corner of said
Block 7; thence North 57 degrees 3 minutes Fast and
along the center line of a five foot right -of -way
distant 105.49 feet to a point; thence North 32
degrees 50 minutes East and along said center line
distant 58.65 feet to a point.

BE T7 RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo,

That that certain grant deed of easemen-U. dated �a-V
1948. made Gnd executed by Lovell A. Gragg and Eleanore K.
Gragg, conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo a five -foot Wide
easement for Bearer purposes over and in the land therein described
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City of San Luis Obispo;
and the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed to be re-
corded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of Ca_l 1f ornia.
