of San Luis Obispo employees to maintain and /or repair the
existing concrete drainage Swale located within a public
drainage easement as shown on said Tract 1150 map.
This easement shall in no way inhibit the current or future
property owner from constructing additional fences, walls,
decks, or patios on the above described property as long as an
access to the public drainage easement is maintained outside
the main residence.
