OBISPO, a chartered municipal corporation, as Grantee, the following
easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, to wit:
A permanent easement for creek maintenance and public pedestrian
access purposes over the following described property:
That portion of the real property located in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California described in
Volume 961 of Official Records at Page 70, records of said County,
lying easterly of the line described as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot 13 and thence running
Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line thereof, (North 20015'
East) 50 feet; thence Southeasterly and parallel with the
Southwesterly line of said Lot, (South 69045' East) 75 feet; thence
Northeasterly and parallel with the Northwesterly line of said Lot
(North 20015' East) 5 feet; thence Southeasterly and parallel with
the Southwesterly line of said Lot (South 69045' East) 173 feet to a
point, being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; tFI °ence North 302511811 West
121.20 feet more or less to a found 1 1/211 iron pipe, tagged PE 21807,
being the most Southwesterly corner of a drainage and public
pedestrian access easement as shown on the Condominium Subdivision Map
of Tract 1260, as recorded in Book 14 of Maps at Page 11, records of
said County.
Easement to be irrevocable by the part of the first part and heirs,
executors, administrators, agents or assigns.

to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series), recorded
June 15, 1984, in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its
duly authorized officer or his agent.
