Said grantors are the sole owners of the following described property:
That portion of Section 1 in Township 3.1 South, Range 12 East, Mount
Diablo Base and Meridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official plat
of said land filed in the District Land Office on December 13, 1875,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 121 of San Luis Obispo
Suburban Tract, according to the map thereof filed in Book 1, Page 92
of Record of Surveys, records of said County; thence North 0 °22'
West 40 feet to the (original) North line of Orcutt Road; thence South
89 038' West along said .North line, 248.33 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing South 89 038' West, along said North
line 225 feet; thence North 2 °35' West, 59.2.9 feet; thence North
43 036' East, 105.92 feet; thence South 82 017' East, 186.44 feet;
thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 175 feet, through an
angle of 20 018' for a distance of 62 feet; thence South 0 °22'
East, 28.40 feet; thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 20
feet for a distance of 31.42 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
SAVING AND EXCEPTING therefrom that portion of Section 1n Township
31 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in the City
of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to the official plat of the survey of said land on file in
the Bureau of Land Management, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 121 of San Luis Obispo

18.01 feet to a point; thence North 89 038' East a distance of 245.70
feet to a point on a curve; thence with a radius of 20 feet through an
angle of 84 015139" for a length of 29.41 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING.

Said grantors hereby grant to the City of San Luis Obispo a drainage
easement to maintain the natural drainage course in its natural state with
the right to make improvements over a portion of the above - property
described as follows:
All of the above described property lying westerly of the following
described line: Beginning at the "TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING" of the
above - described property, thence South 890 38' West along said
(original) north line of Orcutt Road 206.0 feet to the point of
beginning of this Easement line; thence North 50 00' East 90.5
feet, more or less, to the northwesterly line of the above - described
property.
