as surveyed by R. R. Harris in November 1874 according to map filed fc
record December 9, 1874 in the office of the County Recorder of said
county, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of the property conveyed to
—Chris Nielsen by deed dated May 28, 1919 and recorded in Book 81 of
Deeds, at page-174, records of said county, 930 feet Easterly from the
Northwest corner thereof, said point being the Southwest corner of the
property conveyed to Hugh J. McLennan, et al by deed dated September
27, 1946 and recorded September 30, 1946'in Book 428, page 46 of
Official Records, records of said county; thence North 01051 East
along the West line of the property so conveyed 105.9 feet to the.
Northwest corner thereof; thence North 89 0551 East along the North
line of the property so conveyed, 40 feet to the Northeast corner
thereof; thence South 0 0051 West along the East line of the property
so conveyed and the Southerly extension thereof, 298.9 feet to the
South line of the property conveyed to said Chris Nielsen as aforesaid
thence South 89 0471 West along said South line 40 feet; thence North
0 0051 East 193 feet to the point of beginning.

RESOLUTION NO. 874 (Nevi Series)
A RESOLUTION ACCEETING DEED FROM HUGH J. McEMAN,
LARGARET S. McLENNA, A. 0. JOHNSON AND ERA I. JOHNSON
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That that certain deed, dated February 5, 1949, made
and executed by Hugh J. moLennan, Margaret S. McLennan,
A. Ol Johnson and Era I. Johnson, and conveying to the City
of San Luis Obispo a right of way for driveway and incidental
purposes over a part of Lots 20 and 21 of the property of
W. L. Beebee and C. H. Phillips, in the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, as surveyed by R. R. Harris in
November 1874 according to map filed for record December 9,
1874 in the office of the County Recorder of said San Luis
Obispo County, be and the same is hereby accepted by the
City of San Luis Obispo; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of said County.
