We, C. A. MAINO and MAY R. MAINO, husband and
wife, GRANT to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, in the County
of San Luis Obispo, in the State of California, an EASEMENT
for the purposes of constructing, reconstructing, maintain -

ing and operating a sewer line in, upon, over and across
that certain real property in the said City of San Luis
Obispo, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northwester-
ly boundary line of the parcel of land de-
scribed in the deed to the-State of California,
from the grantors herein, dated December 30,
1947, recorded in Volume 471 of Official Re-
cords, at page 209, records of said county,
said point of beginning being distant, N, 53°
32' 30" E., 68976 feet from the southwester-
ly terminus of course numbered 3 in last said
deed; thence, along said course numbered 3,
N. 530 32' 30" E., 10.99 feet; thence, N, 60°
58, w,, 68.57 feet; thence, S. 290 021 W.,
10,00 feet; thence, S. 60° 581 E,, 64,01 feet
to the point of beginning,

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM C. A. MAINO AND
MAY R. MAINO FOR A SEWER EASEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
San Luis Obispo as follows:
That that certain Easement Deed, dated, dated the 17th
day of January , 1949, made and executed by C.A. Maino and May R.
Maino, and conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo a sewer ease-
ment over the property therein described be, and the same is,
hereby accepted by the City of San Luis Obispo; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of said County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1949, by the
following vote:
