Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 27; thence North 361251
Nest along the Southwesterly line of said Lot, 50 feet to the most South-
erly corner of the property conveyed to Frank A. Garcia, et ux., by deed
dated November 30, 1945, and recorded March 4, 1946, in Book 403 of Offi-
cial Records, at page 177, records of said County; thence North 540 East
along the Southeasterly line of the property so conveyyed, and along the
Southeasterly line of the property conveyed to F. E. Reiners, et ux., by
deed dated July 29, 1941, and recorded August 1, 1941, in Book 303 of
Official Records, at page 257, records of said County, 599.94 feet to the
Northeasterly line of said Lot 12; thence South 361 251 East along said
Northeasterly line 50 feet to the most Easterly corner of said Lot 12;
thence South 540 West along the Southeasterly line of said Lots 12 and 27,
599.94 feet to the point of beginning.

A RFSOLUTInN ACCEPTING DE7D FROM CORRINE
J. GOLDTREE.
PF IT RF!�'OLVFD by the. Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That that certain grant deed executed December 12, 1949,
by Corrine J. Goldtree and conveir ng to the City of San Luis
Obispo portions of Lots 12 and 27 in Block 3 of the Goldtree
Vineyard'Tract be and the same is hereby accepted by said
City; and
BF IT FURTHFR RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo,
PASSED AND ADOOTED this 3rd day of January, 1950, by the
