FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Jeffrey Spevack
hereby GRANTS to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal corporation,
• as GRANTEE, an irrevocable drainage easement to maintain, repair or improve the creek
lying within a portion of Lot 3 in Section 1 of Township 31 South, Range 12 East, Mount
Diablo Meridian in the City of San Luis Obispo, more particularly described in the Grant
Deed recorded in Volume 2454 of Official Records at Page 343, in-the Office of the San
Luis Obispo County Recorder, City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, as described as follows:
All that portion of said property lying southeasterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the northerly corner of said property; thence, S 59020' E along
the northeasterly line of said property a distance of 55.0 feet, to the TRUE
POINT of BEGINNING; thence, S 14 °09'32" W a distance of 62.2 feet, more
or less, to a point terminating on the easterly line of said property, said
point also being the angle point between the easterly lines of said property
with bearings S 43 °36' W and S 02 °35' E.
