EASEMENT LEGAL DESCRIPTION
An easement for sewer, drainage, sidewalk, utilities and
street trees and all incidental purposes in the City of San
Luis,Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
being a portion of Parcel A of the Certificate of Compliance
recorded in Book 3798 at Page 540 of Official Records in the
office of the County Recorder of said County; said Parcel A
being shown on Record of Survey recorded in Book 67 at Page
50 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder
of said County; said easement being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the most westerly corner of said Parcel A as
shown on said Record of Survey and running along the south
line of said Parcel A S 630 45' 38" E, 9.72 feet to the True
Point of Beginning; Thence leaving said south line and
running N 260 12' 49" E, 375.32 feet; thence on a curve to
the right, tangent to the last described course, having a
radius of 32.00 feet, through a central angle of
630 51' 34111 for an arc length of 35.67 feet; thence
S 890 55' 37112, 2.34 feet; thence S 260 12' 49" W, 405.09
feet to a point on said south line of said Parcel A; thence
N 630 45' 38" W, 20.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
