accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council
pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1970
Series), recorded June 15, 1984, in Volume 2604; Official
Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized

the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to
map recorded February 7, 1907 in Book 1, Page 92 of Record of
Surveys, described as follows:
Beginning at stake S230, at the Northwest corner of said Lot
119; thence North 89 °38' East along the North line of said lot,
256.87 feet to the Northeast corner of the land described in deed
to Richard N. Bullock, et ux., recorded November 6, 1950 in Book
585, Page 337 of Official Records and being the true point of
beginning; thence from said true point of beginning South 89 °38'
West along the Northerly line of said lot, 70 feet; thence South
0 °22' East and parallel with the East line of the land described
in said deed;,44.37 feet to a point; thence leaving said line and
proceeding North 31 °13' East, 20.47 feet to a point; thence on a
curve to the right, tangent to the last described line with a
radius of 13.00 feet through an angle of 56 °3310211, a distance of
12.83 feet to a point; thence North 87 °46102" East, along a line
tangent to last described curve, 48.66 feet to a point on the
