FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Ruby A. Gross, as Grantor(s), hereby grant to the City of San Luis Obispo, A Municipal
Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement, with rights of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to construct,
maintain, operate, reconstruct, repair, remove, replace, increase and /or change the number
and /or sizes of pipes, accessories and appurtenances, for a sanitary sewer system under,
along and upon that portion of Lot 25, Tract 169 as shown in Book 6, page 45 of Maps in
the Office of the County Recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly comer of Lot 25, thence North 7 ° 25'16" East along
the easterly tract line a distance of 55.31 feet to a point, thence North 65057'24" West a
distance of 79.95 feet to the southerly lot line of Lot 25, also being the tract line, thence
South 37 ° 00'00" East along the tract line a distance of 95.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
