Acceptance of drainage easement and open -space gift
deeds for Stoneridge II. (Tract NO. 2126)
The attached original deeds have been received by the respective
property owners and are transmitted for acceptance by the Mayor.
The drainage easement from J. Edmund Smith will be used by the
subdivider of Tract 2126 in order to` meet a condition to install an
offsite storm drain system..
The gift deed (fee title) from the owners and developers of Tract
2126 for open -space purposes was granted prior to the approval of
the tract.
Therefore, please have the Mayor sign the acceptance certificates
for the easement and gift deed and cause them to be recorded.
