grantor.
C. WHEREAS City of San Luis Obispo Zoning Regulations require 10 -foot spacing
between buildings on adjacent parcels in residential zones; and
D. WHEREAS the Grantee received a -Discretionary Exception under Section
17.16.020.E.2(d) of said regulations to allow construction of (addition to sin le- family
house,
within a t:L-foot interior yard setback; and ,
E. WHEREAS said exception is subject to the requirement that 10 foot spacing is
provided from buildings on adjacent lots by agreement of owners to provide a setback
easement; and
F. WHEREAS the grantor is willing to grant a setback easement of feet on
his /her property.
SECTION 2:

on portions of his /her property described in "B" above, wherein no structures of any kind
over 30 inches in height may be constructed (define easement with dimensions)

SECTION 3.
The parties agree that this easement is superior and paramount to the rights of any of the
parties in the respective servient estates so created, and that it is a covenant running with
