For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Louis T. Garcia and Diane L. Garcia,, husband and wife as joint tenants,
as Grantor hereby grant to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal
corporation, as Grantee, an irrevocable and perpetual easement in the City of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain and replace a retaining wall and pavement .
and for public sewer maintenance and access within Lot 7 in Block A of Tract
208, Southwood Subdivision Unit No. 2, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San luis Obispo, State of California, according to the map recorded
September 26, 1960, in Book 49 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County more particularly described as follows:
The southwesterly 7.50 feet of said Lot 7, Block A, Tract 208.
