1. CALL TO ORDER
A Regular Meeting of the San Luis Obispo Planning Commission was called to
order on March 13, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 990
Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, by Vice Chair Cooley.

COMMISSION MINUTES
Motion By Commissioner Houghton
Second By Commissioner Tolle
To approve the Planning Commission Minutes of February 14, 2024.
Ayes (4): Commissioner Houghton, Commissioner Jorgensen,
Commissioner Tolle, and Vice Chair Cooley (one vacant seat)
Absent (2): Commissioner Kahn, and Chair Munoz-Morris
CARRIED (4 to 0)

4. PUBLIC HEARING
4.a PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION OF THE 2023 GENERAL
PLAN ANNUAL REPORT (GENP-0068-2024)
Motion By Commissioner Houghton
Second By Commissioner Tolle
Receive and file the 2023 General Plan Annual Report for final review and
acceptance by the City Council.
Ayes (4): Commissioner Houghton, Commissioner Jorgensen,
Commissioner Tolle, and Vice Chair Cooley (one vacant seat)
