FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION,' receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Robin L. Rossi, a single man as to an undivided 50% interest and Carl Hagmaier
and Lee Anne - Hagmaier, husband and wife as community property, as to an
undivided 50% interest
hereby GRANT to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal corporation,
as GRANTEE, an irrevocable drainage and public pedestrian access easement to
maintain, repair or improve San Luis Obispo Creek with the right to construct and
maintain public trails over a portion of the following described property:
All that property described in the deed recorded on December 30, 1992, in the
Office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder as Instrument No. 1992 - 089404 of
Official Records, City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California.
All that portion of said property lying northwesterly of the following described line
and as shown on the attached Exhibit A:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of said property, also being a point
on the northerly line of Higuera Street; thence, N 59 018' West along the
northeasterly line of said property a distance of 152 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence, along a line South 30 °42' West to a point
terminating on the southwesterly line of said property.

DEED OF EASEMENT (Creek and Drainage)

to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is hereby accepted by the
undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council pursuant to authority conferred by
