BLOCIO.AN, a Widow, does hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBIS ?0, a municipal corporation, a right of way for and the
right to enter unon for the purpose of constructing•, operating,
maintaining and /or re-placin € a sewer line in, upon, over and
across that certain real property in the City of San Luis
Obisn•o, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
A strin of land five feet in width, being two and
one -half feet, measured at right angles, on each
side of the line coTmon to Lots 3 and 4 in Block 1
of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract, according to the
map thereof recorded Senternber 30, 1893 in Book 1
nae 11' of Records of Surveys, records of said
County, and extending from the northeasterly line
of said Lots 31 and 4 to the westerly line of said
Lots 3 and 4.

RESOLUTION NO. 957 (New Series)
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROI'i PALMvRE ,
G. BLOCHMAN FOR A SEWER EASEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
San Luis Obispo as follows:
That that certain Grant Deed, dated the. 5th day
of Mav, 1950, made and executed by Palmyre G. Blochman, and
conveiring to the City of San Luis Obispo a sewer easement
over the property therein described be, and the same is,
hereby, accepted by the City of San Luis Obispo; and
Br IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is
hereby directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the
office of the Count-, Recorder of said County, and to pay
the sum of one Hundred Dollars to said Palmyre G.Blochman
for said easement.
PASSED AIJT) ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1950,
