FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, Lanier Harper and Marguerite Dee Harper; as husband
and wife as community property, hereby GRANT to the City of San
Luis. Obispo, a chartered municipal corporation, as GRANTEE, an
irrevocable public drainage easement, with the right to install and
maintain pipes and appurtenances and clear, safe overflow
provisions, described as follows:
