The Plaintiff in the above - entitled cause having paid to all
Defendants in this action the total amount of compensation awarded
by the Court,based on a Stipulation by and between all parties for
the property described in Plaintiff's Complaint on file herein,
and for all claims and demands of said Defendants and the County of
San Luis Obispo against Plaintiff by reason of the taking of said
property for public purposes and the construction and
implementation of the public project in -the manner proposed;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREES

that the real property situated in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof, be and it is hereby condemned to Plaintiff in fee
simple absolute, unless a lessor interest is described in the
Complaint on file herein.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that unpaid taxes,
if any, be paid to the County of San Luis Obispo for taxes and
penalties due under California Revenue and Taxation Code Section
5082, and that the Plaintiff's portion of the current taxes are
cancelled as of the date of this Order, the date of appointment,
under Revenue & Taxation Code Sections 5086.1 and 4986.1, the
County Auditor shall, and is directed to cancel taxes on the date
of apportionment herein.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that a certified
copy of this Order be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and
thereupon title to said property described in Exhibit "A" shall
vest in Plaintiff and all interests of Defendants herein, in and to
said real property shall be terminated.

San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official map
filed for record May 1, 1878, in Book A at page 168 of Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Monterey and Broad
Streets;. thence. South 53 007'00" West along the Southerly
lane of Monterey Street a distance of 157.00 feet to the
Easterly line of a tract of land formerly claimed by W.J.
Marcus; thence at right angles South 36 053100" East along
the Easterly boundary of said tract of land claimed by W.J.
Marcus a distance of 154.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing South .36053,10011 East along
said Easterly line a distance of 66.00 feet more or less to
the center of San Luis Obispo Creek, said point being the
Southerly corner of.Parcel 2 recorded�in Volume 2395 Page
862 of official records; thence. Northeasterly along the
center of said creek to the Easterly corner of said Parcel
2 of said deed; thence North 36 053'00" West along the
Northeasterly line of said Parcel 2 of said deed a distance
of 56.00 feet more or less to a point that bears South
36 953100" East a distance of 154.00 feet from and measured
at right angles to the said Southerly line of Monterey
Street; thence South:53 °071001' West to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
