That portion of Lot 5 in Vesting Tract 1750 in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, as recorded in Book 17, at Page 25 of Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of said County described as follows:
Beginning at a 1.5" iron pipe tagged L.S. 5201 at the east corner of said Lot 5 as shown on said
Map;
Thence, along the northeasterly line of said lot N 45 056'38" W 552.12 feet to a 1.5" iron pipe as
shown on said Map;
Thence, along the northeasterly line of said lot N 44 013'51" W 20.02 feet to a point on the south
and easterly sideline of a 50 foot wide access easement,

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the
WATER TANK EASEMENT - EASEMENT GRANT DEED (APN 53- 091 -024)
dated May 5 , 1995, from Robin L. Rossi as Trustree of the Robin L. Rossi Living Trust
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is hereby accepted by the
undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution
No. 5370 (1984 Series), recorded June 15, 1984, in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly
authorized officer or his agent.
