Ferrini, a married man, and Elizabeth Ferrini Katsaris a married woman, as their sole and separate property, as GRANTORS; hereby GRANT TO THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a chartered municipal corporation, as GRANTEE the following easements in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit: A non - exclusive easement for a waterline and road access to water storage tank, together with the right to maintain, reconstruct, repair, remove and replace the same, and all appurtenances thereto, for the sole purpose of delivering and taking water to an from a city water tank northwest of the easement area described herein, including the right to transport materials for the maintenance and repair and reconstruction of such tank and the water line leading to it, over and under property described as follows: PARCEL A That portion of land designated as Brittany Circle as shown on Parcel Map SLO 94 -072. Said portion of said Parcel Map being shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof. PARCEL B A strip of land being 20 feet minimum in width running from the northwest termini of Brittany Circle in a northwest direction between Parcels 2 and 3 to the northwest boundary of said Parcels 2 and 3 as shown on Parcel map SLO 94 -072. Said portion of said Parcel map being shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part thereof. The easement rights granted herein shall be strictly limited to the purposes set forth in this document and used for no other purposes including, not by way of limitation, any right of use (for ingress or egress or any other purpose) by the general public and /or by city personnel or vehicles other than use by personnel and vehicles for the purposes stated in this easement. The grantee agrees to keep all gates closed for the purpose of privacy and security and to exclude the general public and all unauthorized people and vehicles from the easement area.
