This deed was a condition of the lot line adjustment and provides for the FUTURE ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY for the Lizzie St. extension when and if it is approved by the City Council and constructed to City standards. Therefore, do not have an acceptance certificate executed. The deed must be kept in the deed file for future consideration and acceptance.
