As a condition of development, the property owner of 1407 Auto Park Way is required to dedicate a creek access easement across the subject property in favor of the City. The attached deed of easement meets this requirement and has been reviewed and approved by the Public Works Dept. After acceptance by the Mayor, please process the recording through the County. Upon receipt of the recorded. deed from the County, the Public Works Dept. will make a copy for our files and forward the original recorded deed back to the City Clerk.
