FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which* is hereby acknowledged,
William F. Moffatt
as Grantor, -
hereby grants to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal corporation, as Grantee, an
irrevocable and perpetual easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A 25.00 foot wide easement for the purposes of ingress and egress over and across that portion
of Parcel B of Parcel Map SLO 72 -340 as recorded in Book 10 of Parcel Maps, Page 14, in the
Office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder, said easement lying 12.50 feet on each side of
the following described centerline and as shown on the attached exhibit A:
Beginning at the radius point of a 100.00 foot right -of -way radius of Auto Park Way; thence
N76° 16'20 "E, 100.00 to the Point of Beginning; thence, continuing N76° 16'20 "E, a distance
of 71.87 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right; thence, along said curve having 'a radius
of 32.50 feet, a length of 33.74 feet and a central angle of 59 °28'54" to a point of reverse
curve to the left; thence, along said curve having a radius of 3 1.5 0 feet, a length of 15.92 feet
and a central angle of 28 ° 57'49" to a point of reverse curve to the right; thence, along said
curve having a radius of 32.50 feet, a length of 33.74 feet and a central angle of 59 °28'54 ";
thence, S13 °43'41 "E, 46.55 feet; thence, S74 °45'19 "E, 98.83 feet more or less to the
boundary of the 77.00 foot wide Drainage and Public Utility Easement as shown on said
Parcel map SLO 72 -340. All bearings and distances based on Parcel Map SLO 72 -340

in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or his agent.

Subject: Recordation of easement in favor of the City (1407 Auto Park Way).
As a condition of development, the property owner of 1407 Auto Park Way is required to
dedicate a creek access easement across the subject property in favor of the City. The attached
deed of easement meets this requirement and has been reviewed and approved by the Public
Works Dept. After acceptance by the Mayor, please process the recording through the County.
Upon receipt of the recorded. deed from the County, the Public Works Dept. will make a copy for
our files and forward the original recorded deed back to the City Clerk.
