FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
James B. Dummit hereby grants to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered
municipal corporation, as GRANTEE, an irrevocable easement to clean, maintain,
repair, or improve existing drainage devises, with the general right of access over
driveway and parking areas, within Parcel 4 of Minor Subdivision No. 88 - 267, as
shown on the map filed for record in Book 46 at Page 99 of Parcel Maps in the Office
of the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as
follows:
A 15 ft. -wide strip of land, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the southeasterly corner of said property; thence N 560 54' 00"
W, along the NE'ly line of Johnson Avenue, a distance of 73.46 ft. to the True
Point of Beginning (TPOB); thence, N 530 15' 15" E a distance of 40 ft. to a
point. The sidelines are foreshortened or lengthened so as to terminate at the
N'ly right of way line of Johnson Avenue.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GRANTOR hereunto caused his name to be subscribed this
