That portion of Lots 21, 22, 23 and Clay Street of the Brizzolara's Addition to the
Town of San Luis Obispo, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to the map filed November 1, 1879, in Map Book A, at Page 45, in the
office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder described as follows;
Beginning at the intersection of the south line of said Clay Street and the easterly
right of way of U.S. 101 described in the deed to the State of California recorded
November 5, 1951 in Book 633, at Page 452, of Official Records of said County;
Thence, northerly along the easterly right of way of said U.S. 101 North
15° 02' 55" East, 330.14 feet to a point on the southerly line of Lot 20 of said
Brizzolara's addition, thence easterly along said southerly line of said Lot 20
South 690 45' East, 24.60 feet; thence southerly along a line parallel to and
24.5 feet easterly of said easterly right of way of U.S. 101 South 15° 02' 55
West, 149.78 feet to the beginning of a tangent 10.00 foot radius curve to the left;
thence southerly and easterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle
of 83° 13' 06" an arc distance of 14.52 feet; thence tangent to said curve South
680 10' 11" East, 7.54 feet; thence South 74° 03' 24" East, 30.20 feet; thence
South 150 02' 55" West, 21.00 feet; thence North 740 03' 02" West, 31.64 feet;
thence. North 680 10' 11" West, 3.71 feet to the beginning of a tangent 10.00 foot
radius curve to the left; thence westerly and southerly along the arc of said curve
through a central angle of 960 46' 54" an arc distance of 16.89 feet; thence
tangent to said curve southerly along a line parallel to and 24.5 feet easterly of
said easterly right of way of U.S. 101 South 15° 02' 55" West, 70.25 feet to the
beginning of a tangent 24.00 foot radius curve to the left; thence southerly along
the arc of said curve through a central angle of 600 38' 48" an arc distance of
25.40 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence southerly and easterly along the
arc of a 27.00 foot radius curve to the right through a central angle of 135° 52' 16"
and arc distance of 64.03 feet to a point on the southerly line of said Clay Street,
thence westerly along said southerly line North 670 30' 41" West, 30.64 feet to
the point of beginning.
