Slope Easement Legal Description
A portion of Lot 106 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, and Fuller Lane, in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, as shown on map recorded on February 7, 1986 in Book 51
of Surveys, at page 51 in the office of the County Recorder of said county, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch rebar and cap tagged LS 3877, being the common corner of lots 109,
108, and 107 as shown on said map;
Thence, N 28 053'52" W 682.20 feet along the easterly line of lots 106 and 107 as shown on said
map to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence, continuing along said easterly line N 28 053'52" W 236.06 feet to a point on the
southeasterly line of a parcel of land granted to the Steifel Bros., a corporation, by deed recorded
in Book 961, Page 288 of Official Records in said county;
Thence, leaving said easterly line, S 76 044'32" W 12.77 feet along said southeasterly line to the
most southerly corner of said parcel of land granted to the Steifel Bros., said point being on a
line 15 feet southeasterly of, and parallel with the centerline of Fuller Road;
Thence, leaving said southeasterly line S 28 053'52" E 239.50 feet;

Sewer Easement Legal Description
A portion of Lot 106 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, and Fuller Lane, in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, as shown on map recorded on February 7, 1986 in Book 51
of Surveys, at page 51 in the office of the County Recorder of said county, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a one half inch rebar and cap labeled LS 3877, being the common corner of lots
109, 108, and 107 as shown ors said map;
Thence, N 28 053'52" W 936.17 feet along the easterly line of lots 106 and 107 as shown on said
map to a 5/8 inch rebar and cap labeled RCE 12545, being the northeasterly corner of lot 106
and a point on the centerline of Fuller Lane, said point being the True Point of Beginning;
Thence, S 65 006'58" W 1000.38 feet along the northerly line of said Lot 106 to a point on the
easterly right -of -way of Highway 227 as shown on said map;
Thence, S 15 016'54" E 15.20 feet to a 1 -1/2 inch iron pipe with tag labeled L.S. 3370 at an angle
point of said Highway 227;
Thence, N 65 007'02" E 1003.97 feet to a 1 -1/2 inch iron pipe with tag labeled L.S. 3370 as shown

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the EASEMENT
GRANT DEED dated July 22,1997 from The Robert L. Cummings Living Trust &
Farrell T. Cummings and Cheryl L. Cummings to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a
Political Corporation, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the
City Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series)
recorded June 15, 1984 in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis
Obispo County, California and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its
duly authorized officer or his agent.
