Public Utility and Street Tree easement
A strip of land across a portion of Lot 5 of that Tract of land commonly referred to as the
"Vachell Tract" in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to the map entitled "Map of the Subdivision of Lots 24, 26, 31 The north half of Lots
18, 23, 27, 30 and the south portion of Lot 17 of the Harford and Chapman Subdivision, in
Township 31 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California ", filed at the request of A.H. and G.E. Vachell on February 6, 1893 in
book 1, page 4 of Records of Surveys, in the Office of the Recorder for said County, described as
follows:
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the southerly boundary of said strip being offset 10.00 feet
North and parallel with the northerly boundary of that 50 wide Road (Suburban Road), as shown
on said Map.
Furthermore the sidelines of the herein above described 10.00 foot wide strip of land shall extend
to intersect the east and west property boundaries of said Lot 5.
