That thit certain arrant deed of easement, dated
December 4th, 1950, made and executed by J. E. BARR.ETT and

an easement for water pug -poses over and in the land therein
described be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City
of Gan Luis Obispo; and the City Clerk is hereb�r directed to
