H. and G. E. Vachell on February 6, 1893 in Book I, Page 4 of Records of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows: BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the above - described Lot 4; thence, easterly along the northerly line of Lot 4, a distance of 30 feet to a point; thence, southwesterly 42.4 ft., more or less, to a point on the westerly line of Lot 4, said point being 30 ft. southerly of the northwest corner of said Lot 4; thence, northerly along said westerly line, a distance of 30 ft. to the northwest corner of Lot 4. (Containing 450 square feet, more or less) The easement shall remain valid until July 1, 1999, or until replaced by a future permanent dedication for public street purposes along the Tank Farm Rd. frontage of the subject property, whichever is sooner.
