DEED OF EASEMENT

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CHRISTOPHER COHAN
PROPERTIES, hereby GRANTS to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Chartered Municipal Corporation, as GRANTEE, a
"temporary" easement for public street purposes over a portion of Lot 4 of that certain tract of land known as the "Vachell
Tract ", as shown on the map filed at the request of A. H. and G. E. Vachell on February 6, 1893 in Book I, Page 4 of Records
of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the above - described Lot 4; thence, easterly along
the northerly line of Lot 4, a distance of 30 feet to a point; thence, southwesterly 42.4 ft., more
or less, to a point on the westerly line of Lot 4, said point being 30 ft. southerly of the
northwest corner of said Lot 4; thence, northerly along said westerly line, a distance of 30 ft.
to the northwest corner of Lot 4. (Containing 450 square feet, more or less)
The easement shall remain valid until July 1, 1999, or until replaced by a future permanent
dedication for public street purposes along the Tank Farm Rd. frontage of the subject
property, whichever is sooner.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the DEED OF
EASEMENT dated July 28, 1998 from Christopher Cohan Properties, a California
Limited Liability Company, to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political
Corporation, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series)
recorded June 15, 1984 in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis
Obispo County, California and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its
duly authorized officer or his agent.
