A portion of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map SL -87 -336 in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, according to that map recorded November 10, 1988, filed in
Book 44, Page 34 in Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
Being more appropriately described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Parcel 3;
Thence, along the northwesterly boundary of said Parcel 3 and the easterly boundary of the
Brizzolara Street right of way, North 20° 15' 00" East, 6.00 feet;
Thence, leaving said easterly boundary of Brizzolara Street, South 47° 09' 16" East, 15.71 feet,
to a point on the northerly boundary of the Nipomo Street right -of -way and the southerly
boundary of said Parcel 3;
Thence, northwesterly along said northerly boundary of Nipomo Street, North 69° 36' 50" West,

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the Grant of
Easement dated December 10, 1998 from Brizzolara Street Associates to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is hereby accepted by the
undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council pursuant to authority conferred by
Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series) recorded June 15, 1984 in Volume 2604, Official
Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo County, Califomia and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or his agent.

The attached easement deed to the City from Brizzolara Associates accommodates the
installation of a new ADA approved curb ramp, which is a requirement of the new public

pertinent resolution authorizing the Mayor's acceptance of same. Please return a recorded
