DEED OF EASEMENT
(Public Transit facilities)

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Louise T. Hughan
hereby GRANTS to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal corporation, as GRANTEE,
an irrevocable easement for public transit facilities (bus shelter, concrete pad, lighting, conduits,
trash receptacle, sign, and other transit related facilities) over a portion of the property commonly
known as 145 Prado Road and described in the deed recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
on December 31, 1998, in Book 4018, Page 380 of Official Records, City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of the above said property; thence, northwesterly along
[he southwesterly right -ot =way line of Prado Road a distance of 25 feet to a point; thence,
southwesterly and radial to said right -of -way line a distance of 4 feet to a point; thence,
southeasterly, concentric to and distant 4 feet therefrom said right -of -way line a distance of 15 feet
more or less to a point on the southerly line of said property; thence, easterly along said southerly
line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GRANTOR hereunto caused their name to be subscribed this
