Acacia Creek LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, hereby grants to the City
of San Luis Obispo, a Chartered Municipal Corporation, as GRANTEE, an
irrevocable easement for public street and incidental purposes over that portion of the
abandoned Pacific Coast Railroad Right of Way, as shown on the map of the San Luis
Obispo Suburban Tract filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, in Book 1 of Licensed Surveys at Page 92 on
February 7, 1906, more particularly described as:

Subject: Recordation of deed for Sacramento Drive widening in conjunction with the
Acacia Creek project at 3450 Broad Street. (Acacia Creek LLC, Developer)
The attached easement deed to the City from Acacia Creek LLC, a California Limited Liability
Company, is to accommodate the requirements of a project at the above address. Please have the
Mayor execute the acceptance certificate and record the deeds, in accordance with the pertinent
resolution authorizing the Mayor's acceptance of same.
Please transmit a recorded copy of the deeds, when received.
