Paul A. Knecht and Susan Knecht, Husband and Wife as Community Property
hereby GRANTS to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal corporation, as GRANTEE,
an irrevocable easement for public street and public utilities purposes over a portion of that property
described in Document No. 1998 - 084150 filed for record on December 18, 1998, in the Book of
Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder, City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California described as follows:

OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the
City Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series), recorded June
15, 1984, in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo County, California, and
the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or his agent.

Subject: 1493 Higuera St., Recordation of deed for California Blvd. right -of -way.
The attached easement deed to the City from Mr. & Mrs. Knecht is to accommodate the
requirements of a project at the above address and is in accordance with the Official Building
Setback Line Map approved by the City Council for California Blvd. Please have the Mayor
execute the acceptance certificate and record the deed in accordance with the pertinent resolution
authorizing the Mayor's acceptance of same.
Please transmit a recorded copy of the deed, when received.
