municipal corporation, Grantee, all1of that real property situated
In the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, described as:
That portion of Lot 3 in Block 19 of the City of
San Luis Obispo,.according to the official map of said
City -on file in the office of the County Recorder of
said County, which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northwesterly line
of Palm Street distant thereon 97 feet Northeasterly
from the Southerly corner of said Block; thence North -
easterly along said line of Palm Street, 13 feet;
thence at right angles Northwesterly 150 feet to the
Southeasterly line of Lot 1 in said Block; thence
Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of said
Lot 1, 13 feet; thence at right angles Southeasterly
150 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described portion of said Lot 3 is not neces-
sary or useful in the performance of Grantor's duties to the public.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows,'
That that certain Deed made and executed by THE PACIFIC
TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH
to the City of San Luis
Ordinance 340 New Ser
by the City of San Luis
directed to pay for the

COUPANY, a corporations and conveying

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of
