EXHIBIT "A"
A four (4) foot wide strip of land over a portion of Parcel B of Lot Line Adjustment No.
SLO AL 99 -086 in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California as described in the deed recorded on June 18, 1999 as Document No. 1999-
044168 of Official Records in the County Recorder's Office of said County and shown on
the map filed in Book 78 of Licensed Surveys at page 47 in said County Recorder's
Office, the northerly line of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the corner common to Parcels A and B and on the southerly right of way
line of Capitolio Way being marked by a 5/8 inch rebar capped "LS 7318" as shown on
said map;
Thence along said southerly right of way line north 71 °51'44" east (N 70 018'29" E
record) 39.08 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing along said right of way line north 71051'49" east 9.26 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave to the northwest and having a radius of 608.11 feet;
Thence northeasterly 25.60 feet along said curve through a central angle of 2 024'43 ".
The above described strip of land is graphically shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
