DEED OF EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CORPORATION OF THE PRESIDING BISHOP OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF
LATTER -DAY SAINTS, a Utah corporation sole, as Grantor, hereby quitclaims to the City of
San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal corporation, as Grantee, a non - exclusive irrevocable and
perpetual easement for pedestrian traffic on that certain real property located in the City of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A non - exclusive permanent pedestrian easement to maintain an improved
sidewalk, within parcel 1 of Lot Line Adjustment 66 -99 recorded in Doc. No.
2000 - 036541 of Official Records of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder,
described as follows:
Easement I
Beginning at the most Northeasterly corner of said Parcel 1 (POB), said point
being on the Southerly Right-Of-Way line of Foothill Boulevard, thence South
89 °50'34" West along the Northerly line of said property ninety (90) feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING #1 (TPOB) #1),
Thence South 89 150'34" West along the Northerly line of said property 36 feet;
Thence, perpendicular to said right -of -way South 0 69'26" East 4 feet, Thence
North 89 °50'34" East, parallel to said right -of -way, 36 feet, thence perpendicular
to said right -of -way, North 0 09'26" West, 4 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING # 1 (TPOB # 1),

Thence, perpendicular to said right -of -way South 0 °9'26" East 4 feet, Thence
North 89 °50'34" East, parallel to said right -of -way, 36 feet, thence perpendicular
to said right -of -way, North 0 °9'26" West, 4 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING #2 (TPOB #2).
Subject to current taxes and assessments, reservations, easements, rights of way,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, zoning matters, liens, and encumbrances and
all other matters of record or enforceable at law or in equity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this Deed of Easement to be executed as
of this day of March, 2000.

Corporation,. that the seal impressed on the within instrument is the seal of said corporation, and
the said Edwin J. Pond acknowledged to me that the said Corporation executed the same.

CERTIFICATE OFACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the Corporation
of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -Day Saints dated
March 24, 2000 to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council pursuant to
authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series) recorded June 15, 1984 in
Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo County, California and
the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or his
agent.
