Recorder of said county, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an inch and a half iron pipe with tag stamped L.S. 3370, said point being an angle
point in the westerly line of said Parcel 2, said line also being the easterly right -of -way line of State
Highway No. 227;
Thence, along said westerly line of Parcel 2, N 34 014'40" W 306.46 feet (93.409 meters) to an
inch and a half iron pipe with tag stamped L.S. 3370, said point being an angle point in said Parcel
2 and said right -of -way line;
