and use such poles with all necessary platforms, braces, anchors, guys and other
appliances and fixtures for use in connection therewith and to suspend therefrom
such wires, lights and housing as the County of San Luis Obispo may deem
necessary for the installation and maintenance of aircraft hazard warning beacons
and incidental purposes over a portion of Parcel 2 as granted to the County of San
